Assuming that the implosion at Wakey persists, which I cannot see myself, they can't stay this bad all season, they will change something and that should galvanise the group- but for a minute lets assume.....
... That makes this coaching appointment and setting our stall out for what we want to become in 3-5 years critical, if the leadership of the Organisation as a whole take comfort in Wakey's predicament and don't look forward you would have to assume on current form - that'll be us next year. It'll be no good thinking about it in the summer, we have to manage our business now and use the time wisely.
