Both been with us since the 2021 season. One will be missed and one won’t. Pity, Evalds had all the makings of world class but never got going.

Time is catching up with jordan but he has a joy to watch in his time at Cas

Sadly injuries caught up with Niall but again he showed glimpses of what could have been, that try at wembley was a real peach.

I wish them both well for the future with the obvious exeptions of them ever playing against us.

Niall especially could come back and bite us on the a**e at HKR if the rumours are correct

pirate Evalds came to us as first choice fullback and he’s going to kr as a utility and expected to play wing. I don’t think his stock has risen and wouldn’t be worth the international wage we were paying him.

Kr are spending big and can afford the luxury of multiple players in each position. We don’t have the owners interested in doing that for us. Unfortunately.

I thought the Evalds leaving was first announced about 3 months ago.

We need a big recruitment campaign for next season. We need 2 centres, a winger, a fullback and 2 or 3 big weighty forwards who can gain some ground, instead of the lightweighters we have at the moment.

I bear no malice to either player though there were different outcomes for their time with us.

Turner has been solid if not overly spectacular and Evalds’ time just didn’t achieve what either party hoped for or anticipated.
