Matt Castleford Tigers are pleased to announce that Prop forward, Liam Watts has signed a 1-year contract extension Not sure about this one. On his day he can still play but his disciplinary track record and time on the field isn’t the greatest. There’s also a further 1yr optional tacked on depending on how many games he does play next season.
FlatCapper I prefer this option to another 2 year deal. Watts may have simply needed some reassurance he’d be considered for longer if he played well and kept out of trouble.
