Feeling better about this one. Wakefield were nothing special last time and with the new players coming in I think bragging rights will come back our way again.

Matt I’m not quite as confident Matt. Yes, the squad looks much stronger on paper. But it’s only the second game with the new players. Let’s not forget it was a winless, very poor Huddersfield we player. Wakey will be much stronger. Hoping for a win, but won’t be shocked if we get beat.

Toss of a coin this one but I thought the Hudds game would be tight. Pack wise with Wakeys injuries we might have the edge and DP not going to have the luxury of bringing on the heavy cavalry off the bench,until that point we were the better side. I’m more worried about our backs,will we be creative enough to break Wakey down. Certainly hope so but QQ in the form he showed be a big miss. Big role to play for Tex he’s our one real X factor player.

Wakey will be better with Trueman back and he’ll want to show his best form against us. Let’s hope our forwards get on top and stop him having a platform to work from.

Not sure how that tackle wasn’t at least a yellow. He lead with his shoulder and made no attempt to wrap the player.

The MM try was a k/o. Our disallowed try should have been a continuation of the set not 7 tackles for them. 18 minutes before we had the ball in hand in their ½. We are rubbish, and I will stick to my original; prediction of us winning 5 matches all season - 2 against Huddersfield and 3 against Salford.
