Two year contract confirmed,the best bit of business we’ve done to date for me,will surely add significantly to the back line. I’m not convinced that’s it for our overseas signing,rumours around that another space could be opening up with one of our current crop departing.

Another outstanding signing. Not an another player who’s spent his career in the lower leagues but actual NRL starters coming in.

I’m hoping Hastings is coming but that would mean Hoy or Cini out.

I’m also hoping Carr will be that catalyst to getting better players in from this country as well.

All looking good and with a bit of luck with injuries, well be well placed to do well next year.

RaoulDuke I’d sacrifice one of our current quota players to bring in Hastings. If it were Hoy,Taaffe could go to full back and we’d still have cover. If Valamei played centre and Cini left I still think we’re a centre short. Greacen and Atonis arrival with the cover at 9 and 13 we already have could leave Horne vulnerable,especially as he’s attracting interest from elsewhere. Even Simbiken if the confirmed signings come to fruition considering our second row options.

I know Chester as said hoy is with us next season…but, if the rumours are true that Hastings is a name banded about, maybe Taaffe to fullback and IF Hastings comes in, Hastings to half.
So let’s say hoy gone, that’s one more quota place opened up.
