I live in York so support York and Cas. What a contrast in the performances this week. York will beat Cas in their next match.

Hepworth

Wouldn’t even class it as a surprise result if they did,seen all the games and they’re resilient,well organised and play at a tempo we’ve struggled to reach plus they have one of the best leading them round the field. Quite a prospect for a side low on numbers,quality,confidence and lacking any leadership. York will rightly be favourites,we need a Wiganesque turnaround in the next couple of weeks.

i too live in york, but have always & still do support cas, however at the start of the season i did think we would beat all the promoted clubs, but now i think we will struggle against york

Tricky one for me. I am 80 this year, and born in York and lived in York all my life. My dad used to take me to watch York from when I was 4 years old, and I supported them well into my forties. I then switched to supporting Cas. as they were in a higher division and it was a better standard of rugby. Now with York in SL, I want both Cas & York to win every week, but next week is definately split loyalties. Maybe a win for York next week then a win for Cas in the return match, plus two or three more wins for both of them, and they both stoip in SL
